SES Business Support Assistant
Salary: Grade 4 (£22,197 - £24,715 p.a.) depending on experience
Interviews will take place on 15th August.
This role will be based on the university campus with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.
The Student Education Service (SES) is a university-wide professional service team, whose team members work together to enable students to maximise their potential and have an excellent experience, and to enable academic staff to focus on delivering their key priorities in student education and research.

The Service has developed a Business Support team to provide administrative support to a range of activities, which underpin the day-to-day operation of the Service. As a Business Support Assistant, you will facilitate HR, finance and building operational processes.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work to an elevated level of accuracy together with drive, enthusiasm and a proactive approach are essential requirements for the role. You should also have excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage your own workload to set deadlines. Experience of Microsoft Office or equivalent IT Software is essential.
