Main purpose of the job:

The Business Intelligence and Technology BP for Poland & Baltics will lead the E2E process of collecting raw data, structuring it in a way that it can be used across the business by utilizing various tools (CRM, PowerBI etc.), generating actionable insights and co-delivering value so the business can grow sustainably. The role holder will be in charge of direct reports and requires leadership skills in driving the data utilization across the organization together with the team. This position is also aimed to be strong partner (and member) in Sales Leadership team and will regularly cooperate with UFS Polish Leadership team.

Main Accountabilities:
  • Will guarantee the system is easy-to-use, always accessible and works properly. Will also be the person managing systems structurally (CRM, Marketo, UFS.com, etc.)
  • Will be the Business Owner for the data infrastructure, related technology, process optimization and simplification across Poland & Baltics
  • Will determine the scope of data and process-related projects according to their impact (harmonization will deliver a more efficient way-of-working)
  • Will be the business owner of full reporting landscape created in PowerBI
  • Will be the business owner of Sales Force CRM solution
  • Will play a pivotal role in the adoption of systems and the communication thereof across the business. This is about how we want the teams to use the different tools in their roles and what coaching is needed
  • Will lead a team of CRM & Data Analysts (up to 2 direct reports) who will contribute to: reporting, data infrastructure, generating operator insights and automation across delegated countries according to priorities set by a transparent governance model
  • Will educate, coach and guide teams across the organization on using data to take business decisions and have them act in line with the operator (or internal) insights generated (data visualization will be key)
  • Team member of global community.

Employee experience, skills, knowledge, qualifications
  • University Degree in econometrics/statistics/IT/econimics
  • Advanced skills in data analysis (SQL, DAX, PowerBI)
  • 3 Years of Experience in reporting via BI platforms (PBI, Tableau) and data integration
  • Programming skills (Python, R, VBA) would be an additional benefit
  • Advanced presentation and communication skills
  • Stakeholder and Change Management
  • Resilience and Prioritization skills
  • Team leadership experience is desirable
  • Passionate for winning & results driven
