We are seeking candidates who are passionate about building outstanding digital experiences to work alongside engineers, UX designers, data scientists and cross functional teams. You will be joining a product management function responsible for developing the next generation of data-driven capabilities for clients and staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with diverse set of stakeholders and SMEs to understand their workflows and data needs and translate those into specifications for data driven experiences
  • Ability to understand systems and perform data analysis including include data mapping and data transformation processes
  • Document a wide variety of data types, applications, business rules and process flows
  • Develop deep understanding of various data sources and their underlying business logic
  • Work alongside product managers to prioritize work for the development teams
  • Assist in coordinating with all required functions and groups to effectively plan and execute projects

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience defining business requirements and working with engineering teams
  • Experience with data mapping, data management and data quality issue resolution
  • Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
  • High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability
  • Ability to think creatively to solve complex problems
  • Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Financial Services experience desired
  • Familiarity with modern developer tools (e.g. Jira)
  • Agile experience desired
