Business Analyst - UK Redress Team IntegrationOur ObjectiveWe’re looking for a Business Analyst to support the UK Redress Integration Project.The WPB and CMB Redress teams have transitioned from their lines of business into UK COO but their operating models remain separate. The objective is
to create a single integrated UK Customer Redress Team that provides good customer outcomes in the most efficient and consistent manner.
Skills and Experience
With the current state analysis near to completion and key dependencies identified, we need 3x Business Analysts to work with the Redress Team to create a “to be” state that integrates WPB and CMB activities. The “to be” state will enable all employees who currently work exclusively on WPB or CMB redress activities to work across both lines of business.
We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst who can work under their own initiative, and have the following skills and experience:
The base location is remote however you will be required to occasionally travel to UK offices such as Reading, Bristol, Birmingham & London.

We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst who can work under their own initiative, and have the following skills and experience:
- Business process re-engineering – design and delivery
- Target Operating Model – design and delivery
- Clear communication skills to present proposed designs, status updates etc. to cross functional team members and management
- Excellent Visio, Excel and PowerPoint skills
- MS Project skills (desirable)
- Excellent documentation skills – implementation will require all documentation (e.g. processes and procedures) to be updated.
- Collaborate with senior-level stakeholders from Redress, HR and Technology amongst others (this will be predominantly via Zoom though there may be the occasional requirement to travel within the UK)
- Act with discretion as there are likely to be sensitivities around organisational design
- Ability to work with complexity as there are multiple work streams, dependencies and pilots
