We are looking for Business Support Analyst, you will be responsible for the delivery and support of IT solutions and services used by or provided by CIB, in the following business areas:
IT financial messaging solutions and services - primarily payments and settlements (global coverage)
IT financial messaging support for all branches using Continuous Linked Settlement(CLS) where CIB London acts as global control branch
SWIFT and related financial messaging services like SWIFT Crest/FIN/ISO20022
CHAPS/BACS/RTGS
Cross-functional business areas in CIB London, including Transaction Banking Services, Finance, Risk and Permanent Controls, Property and Corporate Services, Compliance and Financial Security, Systems Security and Integrity, Human resources, Legal, Communications and Business Continuity Planning & Structured Finance Agency and Middle Office with a focus on payments and FX confirmations.
Acts as primary or secondary relationship manager for one or more of the following business areas:
Continuous Linked Settlement(CLS) Operations
Financing & Trade operations /transaction Banking Operations
Finance
Risk and Permanent Controls
Other support functions, namely, Compliance and Financial Security, Information Systems Security, Human Resources, Legal, and Property and Corporate Services
Leads or contributes to projects/change requests/delivery of IT solutions for business areas mentioned above, where required.
- Demonstrable successful experience in similar environment and position; proactive approach is required in this role along with the ability to work with a minimum amount of supervision.
IT related client services management;
Planning and resources management;
Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills required;
Ability to influence both internal and external clients;
Punctuality and reliability in terms of availability;
Excellent Oral and written communication skills.
Strong knowledge of Continuous linked settlement (CLS) & SWIFT messaging platforms both functional and technical.
Good knowledge of banking operations (financing and capital markets), middle office and back office processing, finance, compliance and risk.
