The Role
This role provides a variety of business analysis (BA) services to support the continuous improvement of our processes and systems including overseeing the implementation of new technology and optimising automation. We are looking for someone who can confidently engage with stakeholders on all levels, both internal, and external; someone who can bridge the gap between technical, and non-technical users, collaborating with stakeholders to define & continuously improve our business systems and processes.
What you will get
- £35k - £40k per annum (depending on experience).
- Permanent role.
- Monday to Friday, full time, 37.5 hours.
- Hybrid working, 40% of your working week at home, 60% in our modern Glasgow office.
Skills, Behaviours and Experience
- Business process mapping and analysis capability to evaluate, re-engineer and automate processes to increase efficiency.
- Experience of working as a Business Analyst including, developing functional specifications, identifying, and analysing options, creating user-stories, and developing test case/scripts.
- Understand the concepts behind database management, including experience of designing relational models.
- A high degree of computer literacy particularly MS Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Experience of python scripting.
- Experience of working as a Business Analyst.
