Are you a confident Business Analyst who is driven by using your skills and knowledge to improve processes and systems?
We are recruiting a Business Analyst to join our Business Improvement team on a 13 month fixed term basis. As a key member of our Business Improvement team, you will deliver hands-on business and process analysis to investigate complex business problems. You will determine required changes to business processes, data, and technology enabling improvements to the organisational capability.
Using all aspects of your Business Analysis expertise you will be involved in multiple projects. To succeed in this role you will need to be adept at understanding and collecting accurate user needs and business requirements to enable the design and delivery of solutions.
Reporting into the Head of Business Analysis, you will use your experience to help shape our methodologies, processes, and drive adoption into the team.

What we are looking for:
- A passionate and highly skilled Business Analyst in process design and re-engineering
- Knowledge of various business process modelling tools
- Solid and robust experience of using industry standard methods, techniques, and business analysis tools such as Lean Six Sigma principles and other methodologies
- Capability in dealing with various levels of business stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills – a proactive and effective relationship builder who can elicit the right information, from the right people to get to the best answer.
