We are recruiting for a Business Analyst (Business Transformation) to join a consultancy firm based in London with expertise in the areas of banking operations, middle office enablement, and Client Lifecycle Management technology.
The successful candidate will be an analytical thinker capable of articulating complex concepts to non-technical users.
This role involves:
- evaluating and improving business processes,
- working with stakeholders to identify issues and gather requirements,
- analysing and documenting requirements and solutions,
- communicating insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams and management,
- serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users,
- supporting implementation and managing small projects,
The successful candidate will have experience of business transformation within financial services – please note this is an essential requirement.
