Business Analyst Inside IR35
Contract Term: 6 months
Contracting Authority: The Health & Safety Executive (HSE)
Location: Remote working (with travel to Liverpool 1 – 2 times monthly)

We are recruiting a Business Analyst to undertake essential Target Operating Model design for HSE’s Higher Risk Buildings regime, part of the new Building Safety Regulation (BSR).
As a Business Analyst, your main responsibilities would be:
- Working closely with key stakeholders such as business architects, other business analysts, regulatory teams and HR professionals develop the artefacts that will define how the new regulator will operate and how the organisation will be designed

Delivering key Target Operating Model outputs, such as:
- Business models
- Organisation structures
- Process maps
- Inputs to resource modelling
You’ll have:
- Demonstrable experience with Target Operating Model design
- Proven ability to design process, systems and people requirements
- Previous experience of detailed operational design on a large scale transformation programme
It would be good for you to have:
- Previous public sector experience

As such the payment to the intermediary and your income resulting from this contract will be different."
