Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design/discovery phases, eliciting requirements, analysis into the current state of systems/business processes, solution design/analysis, help drive client and team towards defining requirements and conceptual solution, summarize and present results;
- Work closely with business users, delivery, and development team in arriving at appropriate solutions to meet business needs;
- Writing SRS, Epics, User stories and acceptance criteria, process definition, systems mapping.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years in a Business Analyst role;
- Work experience as BA in outsourcing IT with foreign clients from US, Europe, Asia;
- Fluent English is a must (upper intermediate and above);
- Strong communication skills, ability to discuss processes with client;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, multi-Tasking abilities;
- Good in technical documentation understanding and developing stories collaborating with different stakeholders;
- Strong abilities in visual modeling of requirements, processes and architecture;
- Able to clear explain the requirements to developers and testers and make sure that developers and testers have understood them;
- Mandatory knowledge of API design and implementation (REST API, OpenAPI).
