I'm looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join an exciting company currently experiencing a huge amount of growth and new business.
Salary – Up to £50,000 (Depending on experience)
Permanent Role, Full Time
Office-based role in Spalding, Lincolnshire.
Tasks
- Producing new systems
- Ensuring specification requirements are translated into test plans, cases and steps to ensure functionality is working correctly and nothing has been missed in the new applications developed
- Identifying, creating, and facilitating process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis and design at a complex level
- Partnering with internal and external customers to ensure systems provided meet the long-term business strategies
- Developing process improvements or re-engineering and recommending elimination
- Experience working on large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business
- Strong project management, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship building skills & communication skills
- Proficiency with SQL
- Understanding of indices, fundamentals, and analytical data, returns level data etc
