Reporting to the SVP of Operations, the Marketplace Business Analyst will be instrumental in helping Order.co’s Marketplace business scale efficiently and grow revenue.
What you’ll do
- Partner closely with leaders across the Marketplace business and beyond to understand key workflows and their impact on the customer experience and operating plan
- Power the efforts of monetization teams by producing highly actionable insights, reports, and BI suites
- Build efficient internal processes to improve the efficacy of tech enhancements that require ongoing operator support
- Provide reporting and analytical support for Marketplace business leaders on an ongoing basis
- Lead strategic projects in service of marketplace efficiency and monetization enablement
- Leverage and manage virtual assistant resources on an as-needed basis to reduce workflow costs
- Work cross-functionally to improve internal cohesion and collaboration in service of Order.co’s customers
- NY-based candidates are strongly preferred, as this will be a hybrid in-office role
- You are an analytical and data-driven decision-maker, problem solver, and builder
- You deploy a systems approach – you constantly identify opportunities to improve how you and your teammates work through new tools and streamlined processes
- You are able to comfortably navigate between high-level strategy discussion and hands-on execution work
- You are a confident communicator and presenter, and are able to effectively collaborate across departments and with external stakeholders
- You are proficient in Excel/Sheets and SQL/BI tools (required)
- You have experience in high speed, innovative environments, ideally within tech/startup ops, e-commerce, or consulting
- You have a growth mindset – you’re excited to do different things and learn new skills, and you view challenges as opportunities for growth

- The anticipated annual base salary range for this role is $90,000 - $110,000. Actual compensation and title will be commensurate with experience, qualifications, knowledge, and skills.
