Are you a recent graduate eager to move into a Project Management or Business Analysis career? Maybe you're keen to work in a highly technical environment with the opportunity to further learn and develop your skillset?
I'm currently supporting a global leader in the provision of Industrial Services who are undergoing a full Digital Journey. They are looking for a recent graduate, someone who is ready to start their career and hungry to learn new technologies and skills. Graduate Business Analyst | On-Site - Middlesbrough | Up to £23k

The Role
- System administration functions - create user accounts, reset passwords, and other standard service request functions.
- Support the Business Systems team as required with a variety of administrative tasks.
- Support the user base of employees via telephone, teams and email.
- Provide support and guidance to users where needed.
Key Skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft products, including but not limited to: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
- Good Customer Service skills - problem solving and query handling.
- Strong organisational skills.
