The role
Are you someone who wants to help teams transform the way they do things? As an Opencast Software business analyst, you’ll bring your understanding of agile practices and concepts to some of our major clients. You’ll be open minded, inquisitive, and a great facilitator and problem solver.
You'll suit this role if you:
- have experience of agile (scrum/kanban) methodology
- gather requirements through a variety of elicitation techniques
- design new business models, processes, and procedures for operational areas
- use Visio or other mapping tools to create customer journeys and process flows including “as is” and “to be”
- have experience of reviewing complicated processes and highlighting gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities
- have experience with high profile and complex software delivery across a variety of domains
- have managed challenging discussions
- have a strong ability to influence.
Salary
Based upon individual skill / experience level, against our competency framework:
- Consultant: £40,000 - £56,000
- Senior consultant: £57,000 - £70,000
