Your analysis could help us keep society safe The challenge The Office for Nuclear Regulation (ONR) is evolving fast. We shape and deliver nuclear safety and security regulation across the UK. We're investing hugely in digital applications and channels - from new tech capabilities to sprint methodologies, the cloud and scrum mentality, it's a big transformation. And as our Business Analyst, you'll be an integral part of the team, providing expert advice to all areas of our business. The role We're a cloud-only organisation using Azure and the Power platform to centralise all data and create a single source of truth. An entire Microsoft ecosystem at your fingertips, giving you the chance to change and influence what we do. So, you'll see your impact from day one. Part of the Programme Management Office (PMO), you'll work alongside another Business Analyst to embed business analysis practices and support the wider PMO team. You'll also share your expertise across all areas of ONR. You'll gather, develop and verify requirements to ensuring that they meet the standard government business case criteria and relevant quality standards, and they're complete and unambiguous. And, if you see a smarter, more efficient way of working, you'll be supported to challenge and change how things are done. The person Along with your Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis, you'll have an International Diploma in Business Analysis qualification, and a Benefits Management Foundation Certificate. If you don't hold these qualifications but have the knowledge, we'll support you to work towards these qualifications once in post. You'll have experience working with business analysis tools at practitioner level and be able to take complex information and make it easy to understand for technical and non-technical audiences.
