Object Technology Solutions, Inc (OTSI) has an immediate opening for a Business Analyst III.
Business Analyst III – (Remote – Portland, OR)
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES:
· Partnering with end users in Utility Operations to understand their needs, translating that into system requirements and partnering with IT team to deliver.
· Will work in close partnership with one analyst on my team, and regularly interact with rest of team. Manager one on ones bi weekly.
· Embed in the D2E (Design to Execution) project ongoing in business to quickly come up to speed on what they are working towards. In parallel partner with IT peer to learn PGE use of Maximo.
· The breadth of the knowledge required to be fully capable of delivering the required outputs. There is a lot to learn about the business operations and the technology.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
· Looking for someone to support Maximo user side configurations and assist with business process improvement.
· Experience with Maximo EAM would be highly desired.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
· 5 years’ experience in business analysis
· Quick, nimble learner
· Ability to drive through ambiguity
· Requirements elicitation skills
· Requirements documentation skills
· Business process documentation and improvement
· Conflict management
