Salary: £21,030 - £21,968 per annum, pro rata

We have part time/full time vacancies available for a Business Support Administrator Grade C within Business Support Services working on reception at White Rose House We require a motivated administrator with good communication and customer care skills to work as part of a busy admin/reception team undertaking a wide range of administrative duties including general telephone/reception duties, distribution of post, scanning documents, data input on Word/Excel and bespoke databases including Access/Liquid Logic, plus some archiving of customer files. Training will be given to the appointed person.
The successful applicant must have good customer care/reception skills, keyboard skills and have experience in word processing, Excel spreadsheets, databases and e-mail systems. Good literacy and numeracy skills are required and you must be able to prioritise your own workload, be conscientious, well-organised, have the ability to work unsupervised as well as part of a team and be flexible in your approach. You must respect the need for confidentiality of personal information and have knowledge of Data Protection, Equalities, Safeguarding and Health and Safety requirements of working within an office environment.
