About the Role
Reporting to the Lead Business Analyst, you will complete business analysis activity required to deliver effective business outcomes.
Working alongside key business, portfolio and project stakeholders, you will complete investigative work to determine business requirements and specify effective business process solutions through improvements in systems, information, working practices, procedures and organisational change.
Forming part of the wider Business Analysis team, you will be part of our community of best practice and the continual development of our analysis standards in line with the Group Change function.
About You
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who will complete analysis activities to deliver effective outcomes. You will have strong stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills and bring passion, expertise, experience and skills to achieve transformational business change.
You will be comfortable determining business requirements through a variety of elicitation techniques and be capable of translating business deliverables into technical and non-technical requirements.
