This role will seek to understand and analyse our user needs and business requirements and suggest system and process changes that will meet our stakeholder requirements. You will conduct impact analysis on existing processes drafting proposed end to end solutions that meet our business expectations.
A core aspect of the role will be liaising closely and engaging with our business and operational teams to help solve strategic and operational problems, so that changes to processes designed to improve and drive efficiency and functionality are fully understood.
This is an excellent opportunity for an established multi-talented Business Analyst with experience working on Financial Systems, Planning Tools, ERP Solutions, Data Analysis and Reporting to take the next step in their career and ownership of the role.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Forming and nurturing trusting relationships with our key business partners, as well as internal and third- party operational teams.- Assist our Product Managers in developing their Product through objectives and key results, helping define and monitor targets, validating theories, developing and recommending opportunities that will assist in growing and improving the Product.
- Responsible for understanding the existing operational business processes and reviewing processes when required to improve or update them.
- Working with the business users to prepare detailed business requirements for submission to the technology team and our external partners.
- Driving business process documentation and business training requirements whilst coaching and mentoring your peers and junior colleagues within the team.
- Responsible for obtaining business approval for changes.
- Oversee and progress the business change request through Operations and be responsible for making sure that any changes are captured and reflected within the established business process flows.

Skills and Knowledge Required:
