PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with the SSGA team and Charles River to design and deliver regionally relevant services.
• Actively participate in internal projects to optimize and scale the service.
• Provide exemplary customer service.
• Assist in the development and enhancement of Charles River Compliance Services.
• Assist in developing and evolving standardized, efficient processes in support of Compliance Services delivery.
• Initial service setup/implementation, including business requirements such as regulatory/legal requirements, business processes/workflows, exception management, reporting, and rules of engagement.

Experience and Qualifications (Desirable):

• Worked in the CRIMS consolidation project to upgrade Charles River IMS.
• Strong coding experience on compliance tools – Charles River Development (CRD) or Charles River IMS (CRIMS)
• Hands on experience of 3+ years in Charles river configurations that include manager workbench, blotters, rebalancing, system administration, compliance test, Batch import, trade export, reference data, cash flow forecast, stored queries, FIX setup, workflow monitor, navigations and user groups and permissions
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements including Investment Company Act of 1940, Internal Revenue Code, UCITS III - V, MiFid, AIFMD etc.
• Assist with finance and audits along with outside accounting requirements when needed, Accounting tool and General team management.
• Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews.
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
• Research, implement, and support new finance system implementation when necessary.

Salary

The position offers an annual gross salary from GBP 30000 to 40000 depending on experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

• Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)

Experience:

• Business Analyst: 1 year (preferred)
