Job Description
A brand-new role has arisen on one of our key accounts within Banking sector. This role will be embedded within the account Performance team and will play a pivotal role in supporting the Operational performance, finance and commercial teams manage and achieve targets. The role will analyse data to create and structure reporting in a way that allows the various teams to manage performance, risk, and drive opportunities. Understanding and collating data from multiple systems including CAFM, Procurement and accounting (NAV) will be crucial to the success of the role.
The jobholder will ensure that we comply with operational standards, the Commercial Framework and Playbook of the client contract, maintaining high Standards of Governance in all that they do. Engagement with the ISS operational teams and client team are essential to deliver the digital reporting solutions required.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing high quality data analysis, ensuring accuracy and robustness in all work provided.
- Accountability for the successful delivery of operational performance analysis (Facilities Management related -PPM, Reactive, Asset based performance)
- Accountability for the successful delivery of finance & commercial and PMO analytics
- Responding professionally and positively to any business challenges faced within role.
- Ensure an accurate flow of reporting and communication between the operational teams and finance & commercial team
- Supporting with new UK Head office building analysing systems and data
- Driving continuous improvement through different reporting methods and opportunity seeking
- Participating as part of the wider contract team, to interact and support account initiatives where the individual can add value through their skillset.
Professional and personal competencies/qualifications
The successful candidate for this role will have:
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good Team Player
- Knowledge of accounting practices
- Experience with FM environments
- Comprehensive skills within Microsoft Office – Advanced Excel
- Working knowledge and understanding of Tableau, Power Bi or similar tools
