As our Business Analyst, you will have extensive experience of delivering business analysis within a complex business and technical landscape. Ideally, you will have worked in a formal bid environment as well as in support of operations and business as usual as well as digital teams to connect business needs to technical solutions deployed.
In the role of Business Analyst, you will be involved in the following:
- Develop a clear understanding of customer / end user requirements
- Review Invitation to Tender (ITT) and bid documentation to elicit requirements
- Engage bid and operational leads to understand and document business needs
- Capture of problem statements / business needs / business rules
- Produce requirements and process documentation
- Data analysis and modelling, such as operational demand analysis
- Identification of cashable and non-cashable benefits
- Support options identification, assessment of fit and making the case for solutions
- Assist the creation of business and project documents
- Review business and technical designs
- Develop comprehensive end-to-end (E2E) business test cases
- Support the testing and implementation of approved operational improvements
- Support the development of Business Architecture artefacts and views of the business
- Support with undertaking impact assessments and managing requests for change
As the Business Analyst, you will have:
- Formal Business Analysis Certification (BCS, IIBA or similar)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot complex, technical problems and provide effective solutions
- Working as a BA on large and complex transformation programmes and projects
- Experience of requirements gathering as part of large outsourcing
- Establishing a process catalogue and process modelling using a recognised
- Demonstrating a proactive approach and being comfortable with, and resolving, ambiguity
- Being solution orientated with strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
