Job description
Key responsibilities & accountabilities
· Develop value added reporting including detailed variance analysis of Monthly results to Forecast, Budget and Prior year with full Commentary on variances giving complete insight into what is driving the variances.
· Create and maintain the reporting database. Incorporate data held in specialist systems to enhance the main data held in D365.
· Develop the data visualization dashboard using tools including, but not limited to, Power BI.
· Specific responsibility for central departments – Finance, HR, IT, Admin & Establishment costs, including preparation and review of monthly Department P&Ls with stakeholders
· Prepare budgets and regular forecasts
· Cash flow preparation and forecasting
· Pro-actively driving ad hoc commercial analysis to help focus activity and identify potential cost savings and value for money, making recommendations for improvements where necessary
To be successful in this role, candidates must have:
· Possess a strong finance background, with minimum 3 years’ experience.
· Preferably ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with PQE.
· You will have a proven track record of delivering accurate and insightful data visualization, with experience of working closely with senior stakeholders.
· It is essential that you have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and a good understanding of budgeting and forecasting.
Training on company policies and procedures will be provided.
