YOUR ROLE
Our Business Analysts ensure customer journey maps, process maps and business requirements are elicited collaboratively, documented professionally, agreed formally, and owned throughout the project lifecycle to ensure the project delivery is in line with customer expectation.
What you’ll be doing:
· You’re analytical. Investigating operational needs or problems and assisting in the recommendation of service improvement and business solutions.
· You’re all about research. Develop an efficient discovery process that successfully elicits what a ‘project’ wants to deliver and explicitly states what the business & customer benefits of the ‘project will be’ as well as supporting/ inputting into the definition of the scope/ MVP to produce business capabilities for the project
· You’re a problem solver. Transforming business scenarios into useful solutions that are easy and efficient to use, meeting the exact needs of the user with simplicity and excellence.
· You’re a great communicator. Defining and creating user stories (and where applicable, tech user stories) and acceptance criteria that enables engagement with software development and testing teams.
· You have an eye on the detail. Authoring and updating internal documentation, and formally initiating and delivering requirements and documentation.
· You’re a team player. Provide ongoing support throughout development cycles/sprints/pre and post deploy.
GOT SKILLS?
What are the top things you’ll bring to the role?
· Experience as a Business Analyst, ideally on Software/SaaS delivery projects
· A strong track record of conducting business analysis across multiple projects simultaneously using a variety of methodologies e.g., agile/SCRUM
· The ability to communicate effectively & influence at all levels with excellent written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills
· Exceptional problem solving and business analysis skills/techniques
