Job description

We are currently recruiting for a business analyst to join our Change Management team. You will play a pivotal role in delivering internal projects and transformation activity. This is a great opportunity to build on your existing experience and develop new skills while working in a friendly, Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse and map key business processes, identifying waste and root causes causing inefficiencies.
  • Measure the baseline and delivered benefits of improving the processes.
  • Communicate with all stakeholders across the firm to ensure an accurate understanding of analysis, requirements, and potential impacts.
  • Identify, recommend and assist with the design of business requirements for change projects with relevant people across the firm.
  • Work with a project manager and Change Management colleagues to recommend options, establish and maintain a roadmap of activity.
  • Confident facilitation of multi-disciplinary teams with strong customer focus.
  • Build and maintain relationships with colleagues to support the successful delivery of change projects.
  • Prepare and maintain relevant project documentation for processes and deliverables using the most appropriate tools and methods including waterfall, agile, etc.
  • Using the Hymans Robertson Change Management Framework (CMF), where applicable, throughout the entire business change lifecycle.
  • Identification and escalation of issues and risks arising, often assisting in the resolution of issues and mitigation of risks
  • Assist with the smooth transition of the project to Business as Usual (BAU) to verify that the project benefits are both fully realised and maintained.

  • A confident facilitator with the ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience working as a Business Analyst to analyse and identify opportunities for impactful change.
  • A Business Analysis/Change Management qualification would be desirable but not essential.
  • Some knowledge of IT and Financial Services would be useful but not essential.
