Our award winning care at home service, Home Help Me Care is looking for an experienced Business Analyst

Hours of Work

21-28 hours per week split over 4 days. This is a hybrid role.

Job Description

We’re looking for a business analyst for a short-term 8-12 week contract, Hybrid working (based in Edinburgh), 21 to 28 hours per week. This role is support in the development of a new service to support the elderly which includes:

• Identify and document existing risks and issues with current/future services
• Validate resources
• Creating and managing project plan
• Creating and managing risks and issues log
• Understanding the customer experience, regulatory impacts
• Defining the new service Operating Model
• Preparation/running a proof of concept

This role would be suited to:

• An experienced business analyst with a minimum of five year’s experience , with some experience of project management.
• A self-starter who can work on their own initiative.
• Experience of operating model design
• Very good at building relationships extracting key information
• A good working knowledge of excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of the social care sector preferred, but not essential

Rate of pay is dependent in experience.

Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 21 per week

Salary: £12.50-£25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Edinburgh: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Edinburgh
