Who are you
You are an experienced IT Business Analyst, ideally with knowledge of the telecoms industry and Salesforce (or be happy to learn about them). You will have excellent communication skills and be happiest working in an agile environment.
What will you do
At Gigaclear, our Information Technology teams are at the heart of the delivering world class internet services to our customers. This team builds, tests and refines the internal tools and systems that have made our growth possible.
As a Business Analyst, you will use your creativity, communication, and analytical skills to actively participate in all phases of the solution development life cycle. Working closely with a range of internal stakeholders, product owners and software development teams to map our business processes, identify opportunities/issues and find the best possible solution.
We grow Gigaclear with industry leading technologies and processes, and support our teams with the tools they choose to use; like Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, etc. You can expect to stay up to date and ahead of the curve.
