Business Analyst wanted!

Gemba is seeking a self-starting business analyst who will collaborate across the board with senior stakeholders, to help us transition to our future business model. As a business analyst, you will need to have impeccable attention to detail and the ability to push back with senior management when needed.

We create ground-breaking immersive learning experiences in Virtual Reality for senior executives from companies such as Nike, Adidas, Amazon, Nvidia, Volvo...

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Supporting teams through change, particularly within RevOps and central functions
  • Mapping out our as-is and to-be states
  • Creating scoping documents and business process mapping
  • Collaborating directly with senior stakeholders to determine their wants and needs, to provide a holistic view of the business
  • Documenting strategies on behalf of senior members of the team
  • Presenting data in a clear, concise way, tailored to your audience
  • Supporting the implementation of new technology and systems, particularly CRM and sales tools

You will have:

  • 3 years' experience in a business analyst or similar role
  • Implementation experience (CRM, finance system or similar)
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills and experience presenting data
  • Familiar with data visualisation tools desirable
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Start-up, scale-up experience where you have dealt directly with senior team members
  • An understanding of sales process and revenue operations is highly desirable
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Project management experience/tools highly desirable
