Business Analyst wanted!
Gemba is seeking a self-starting business analyst who will collaborate across the board with senior stakeholders, to help us transition to our future business model. As a business analyst, you will need to have impeccable attention to detail and the ability to push back with senior management when needed.

Your responsibilities will be:
- Supporting teams through change, particularly within RevOps and central functions
- Mapping out our as-is and to-be states
- Creating scoping documents and business process mapping
- Collaborating directly with senior stakeholders to determine their wants and needs, to provide a holistic view of the business
- Documenting strategies on behalf of senior members of the team
- Presenting data in a clear, concise way, tailored to your audience
- Supporting the implementation of new technology and systems, particularly CRM and sales tools
You will have:
- 3 years' experience in a business analyst or similar role
- Implementation experience (CRM, finance system or similar)
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills and experience presenting data
- Familiar with data visualisation tools desirable
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Start-up, scale-up experience where you have dealt directly with senior team members
- An understanding of sales process and revenue operations is highly desirable
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Project management experience/tools highly desirable

Salary: £40,000-55,000 per annum, depending on experience
