What will you be doing?
This role is required to provide expert business analysis for the programme delivering the required activity for the FCA’s new regulation, Consumer Duty. To support the design and delivery of solutions to meet the objectives of the programme, including client journey and business process mapping.
The role can be based from our Bracknell and London office locations.
some of your responsibilities will be:
- Analyse and document client journeys, identifying risks and proposing solutions
- Facilitate and support the definition of ‘As Is’ and ‘To Be’ business processes
- Obtain, analyse and present information and data (as required)
- Review, assess and advise on changes especially where they impact agreed requirements or deliverables
- Act as a delegated delivery lead on key activity, including MI and Reporting (as required)
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Financial Services experience (essential)
- Experience working on regulatory change programmes (desirable)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong facilitation and influencing skills
- Strong communication skills
- Confident O365 user, especially Visio (or similar) and Excel
