- Engage with global stakeholders across the regions and markets to effectively elicit, document, and manage business requirements through whole project lifecycle.
- Ensure business requirements are aligned and support the delivery of the broader company strategy.
- Identify and manage all non-functional requirements.
- Modelling As-Is and To-Be business processes and identifying opportunities, risks, and impacts.
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements by working closely with subject matter experts.
- Support the project leads in development and prioritisation of backlog, taking into account associated business outcomes and/or effective return on investment (ROI).
- Work closely with development teams ensuring requirements and acceptance criteria are clear.
- Help to create User Acceptance Test (UAT) Scripts and support the testing process.
- Support training and communication of reporting dashboards.
- Work closely with project lead and programme manager to report regular project status update to PCB, including risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, and decisions.
- Contribute to the Business Analyst Practice through the creation and sharing of knowledge, lessons learned, and best practices based on project experiences.
To be considered for this role you will be ISEB or BCS certified or educated to degree level, and/or have Business Analysis experience of working in an international / complex business commensurate with this level of role. The successful candidate will understand both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies with the ability to break down business needs into compelling user stories and with robust acceptance criteria. Experience of SAP, Microsoft Power BI and TM1 is preferred. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and people skills and will be required to liaise between the technical teams and the wider business.
