CTI Digital is a full-house digital agency that provides a number of services around digital transformation, we provide expert consultation and production to enable an array of local, national and international clients to establish their digital footprint and optimise their customer engagements through Software Development, Strategy, Branding and Performance Marketing services.
In order to deliver these services to the high standards we set, we are looking for a Business Analyst to work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and take responsibility for defining and analysing requirements to enable and ensure appropriate solutions that are clearly documented and readable to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What will my day look like?
- Understand, document and analyse existing business processes and systems.
- Attend calls and meetings with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Gather, define and document project requirements in a clear and accurate manner.
- Help clients prioritise requirements and scope their projects, with input from other key team members.
- Propose functional solutions to requirements that best deliver on business needs and objectives of clients.
- Working alongside other key team members to shape a balanced solution for clients.
- Produce comprehensive documentation of digital solutions through detailed functional specifications.
- Support the technical planning and development process by providing additional clarification and responding to change.
Key Skills & Qualities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Documentation skills to a high level of detail
- Excellent communication, written and verbal
- Ability to work well with varying levels of stakeholders and team members
- Experience in the digital industry, ideally agency environment
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
