Our growing team at Cranial Technologies is looking for a high performing and organized Business Data Analyst. Our ideal candidate has an adept ability to work with members of the organization to ensure various business initiatives are driving real financial impact and is able to highlight trends that could accelerate or hinder financial impact. The Business Data Analyst possess a high degree of organization, excellent critical thinking skills, maintains a strong attention to detail, and has outstanding communication skills.

This position can be remote, with occasional travel as necessary to our Headquarters in Tempe, AZ.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Predominantly responsible for preparing, facilitating, and following up on all data delivery and reporting as it relates to key business initiatives.
- Creates and modifies reports, and uses reporting to analyze data
- Provides technical support by developing and maintaining user level databases for ad-hoc projects, preparing queries
- Identify patterns and prepare presentation of results in the most effective and appropriate display for senior leadership updates and internal communications.
- Validate and reconcile data for problem identification and financial significance across multiple reports and data
- Assist in the design, creation, testing, implementation and maintenance of processes/systems to oversee and carry out analyses
- Collaborate with CranialTech management to identify gaps in performance from actuals to forecasted results
- Ensure confidentiality of patient information and other sensitive data
- Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned
- Document all reporting and analysis processes
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 1-3 years of professional experience designing, creating and maintaining reports, spreadsheets and other reporting systems
- Minimum 1 year report writing experience and/or education
- High level of technical proficiency with data collection and reporting software
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with other MS Office applications
- Strong analytical capabilities and understanding of financing and accounting principles
- Strong math skills to include formula building and data integrity
- Experience working directly with users to gather business needs
- Exceptional time management, organizational, decision making, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and communication skills
- Effective team member comfortable with flexible task list

- The pay range for this is $60,000 - $75,000 dependent on relevant qualifications and experience.
