Job description
Experienced Business Analyst required for a long term contract opportunity based in Gaydon.
Ideal candidate will have strong BA experience within a manufacturing environment.
5+ years in manufacturing industry is preferred but not essential
Engineering and Manufacturing product development experience is preferred.
Duration: 6 Month Rolling Contract +
Location: Gaydon / Hybrid role 2/3 days on site

JEA Vehicle Programme Business Analyst based within the upfront Digital (IT) delivery team

Experience Required:
- Proven Business Analyst with track record of delivery (ideally in the manufacturing environment)
- Methodical detailed approach to work context
- Strong analytical skills to identify how one issue can impact on another and put in place the required interventions through support or from own knowledge base
- Strong process mapping skills
- Structured analysis
- Ability to manage significant risks and issues
- Excellent communication skills Vendor management experience
- Ability to work to tight timescales
- Excellent attention to detail Formal Business Analyst Qualification Experience
