Overview:
We’re looking for someone who likes people and likes to help them solve technical problems. It's an exciting and rewarding role - listening to a wide range of stakeholders across a large national organisation that has interesting and challenging issues to overcome to support our staff and service users.
The successful candidate must be able to develop an understanding of each stakeholder's differing requirements, hopes and frustrations, and be curious, with the ability to ask searching questions. You should be able to explain technical concepts to non technical audiences, and be able to articulate business requirements to technical audiences.

Responsibilities:
The role requires high-level organisation, excellent IT skills, strong communication skills, the ability to prioritise and work independently, as well as contributing effectively to a geographically disparate team.
