Job description
1. Document and update current Standard Operating Procedures, Job Aids and Process Maps
2. Including walkthroughs and obtaining signoff.
3. Facilitating training sessions.
4. Creating workback plan
5. Document Project Artifacts As per Enterprise Guidelines
6. Documentation duties related to projects and initiatives as assigned by BMO resources
7. Develop and Implement Documentation Standards and Procedures Including Templates, Macros, Style Guidelines, Version Control, Change Management Procedures and Acceptance Review Framework
8. Facilitates discussions and follows a structured approach to plan, elicit, analyze, document, communicate and manage requirements with stakeholders
9. Provides analytical support and insights
10. Identifies opportunities to strengthen business analysis capability
