ABOUT THE ROLE
BUSINESS ANALYST – hybrid role with both office-based and homeworking
Up to £40,000 per annum, dependent upon experience
This is an exciting opportunity to join our IT team as Business Analyst.
Working with colleagues across a broad selection of business and IT projects or initiatives, the purpose of this role is to identify, define and support change that will deliver value and commercial benefits to assist the delivery of Center Parcs’ strategy.
This will involve undertaking a range of tasks such as process reviews, identifying inefficiencies and improvements, re-engineering and mapping business processes, eliciting requirements as well as supporting vendor selection, system implementations and upgrades. This role will rely heavily on building relationships and trust with colleagues from all areas of the business, working with confidence and clarity, and obtaining and documenting the required information to a consistent and high standard.
The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent stakeholder management skills and a proven ability to assess current processes and recommend new ways of working. Previous experience within business transformation is essential, along with previous experience of working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and experience of working within a PMO led environment.
HOURS OF WORK
You will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period (37.5 hours per week). Normal working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, however dynamic working is available whereby the earliest start time is 7am and the latest end time is 7pm.
Please note, this role will be hybrid with a mixture of office-based and homeworking.

- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to assess current processes and recommend new ways of working
- Previous experience within business transformation environment
- Previous experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Previous experience working within a PMO led environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Prioritisation and problem solving
Desirable requirements:
- Complete BSC Business Analysis Diploma
- BCS Certificate in Requirements Engineering, Modelling Business Processes, Agile Business Analysis or Business Analysis Practice
