Technical Business Analyst I/II
This is a 6-month contract position with a possible opportunity for extension with a Fortune 500 client. This position is fully remote.
We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst I/II to join our team to generate insights, solve challenging business problems, and creatively solve data quality issues. Collaborate with developers, business stakeholders, business analysts to investigate data!
We want someone who LOVES digging into data!
* No Corporate to Corporate (C2C) or direct sponsorship available.
Duties:
- Collaborate with project team to retrieve files from legacy loan management system and convert and migrate data assets to new system
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including process flows, use cases, and user stories
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and system enhancements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- 1+ year experience with Python and SQL
- Experience using SQL and Python to convert legacy files to JSON, CSV or other file formats preferred
- Experience with REST, RESTFUL, API/SOAP preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
