:Project Summary
:Do you have experience of providing Business Process Analysis expertise, on a large financial services programmes?
This consulting opportunity is to support our client (a leading life, pensions & investment company), in the Warranty phase of their IFRS17 Programme. After a multi year programme that delivered new operating models, processes and technology, our client is seeking bsusiness process analysis support to ensure that their landscape and operations are running optimally and where improvements are identified these are them implemented.
The project needs a consultant who:
- has good communication skills including being able to speak to technical people, understand them, and present information back to non-technical people
- is a self-starter, logical and methodical
- is able to translate complex information into requirements/process maps
Key Areas of Work
:The key services that you'll be asked to provide are:
- To understand strategic business objectives and drivers for the project
- Deliver detailed business process analysis using predetermined methods to the agreed standard of quality and within the specified constraints of cost, risk and time in order to effectively support the change required by the business.
- Accurately assessing and effectively communicating the impact of business, operational and technical change to stakeholders
- Work with operational teams and internal customers to optimise IFRS17 processes, workarounds, MVP’s
Mandatory Skills/Experience
:Successful consultants will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Experience of business process analysis in a multi-disciplined and commercial environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience of relationship management
- Ability to produce high quality, detailed and thorough analysis documentation in order to present information effectively and clearly to stakeholders
Optional Skills/Experience
:It will also be advantageous if you:
- have experience of Accounting and/or Actuarial and / or IFRS17
