Job Title: Business Analyst
Contract and Hours: Full time, permanent
Salary: £46,643
Location: Hybrid - home working and the Bradford Office
About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our award-winning business. The Business Analyst team is responsible for supporting the delivery of business change through analysis of business requirements, defining them clearly, and translating them into solutions for onward fulfilment and delivery through change projects and systems development activities.
The team also assists stakeholders in shaping an initial idea into a compelling investment case by fully understanding the business problem or opportunity and defining the requirements to deliver maximum benefit to the organisation.
Essential experience:
- Analysing requirements and implementing solutions and business change within large organisations
- Up-to-date and recent process mapping and modelling experience
- Persuasive language and can convey the message to a variety of audiences
- Ability to facilitate workshops with a wide variety of stakeholders
Qualifications:
- BCS Diploma in Business Analysis or equivalent experience
- PRINCE2 and Agile qualification to Foundation level, or equivalent experience
- Educated to degree level or have the equivalent level of experience
