With demand for our services at an all-time high and continuous growth in our market sectors, we are embarking on a major recruitment drive. We are eager to recruit a talented Business Analyst to join our Digital Practice and one of our project delivery teams.

The Role

This project provides a challenging and rewarding environment for individuals seeking to grow their experience and understanding of public sector transformation. This will involve:

  • Transformation at scale. 20,000 user community, 500 strong programme team
  • Complex delivery approach. A hybrid in more than one sense, the programme employs a range of project delivery models while journeying to Scaled Agile.
  • We are entering an exciting phase of the programme lifecycle; starting to bring together the business processes and enabling technologies for the first phase of integrated testing.
  • Ahead of us lies two years of intensive work to implement the desired business changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be working with a high-profile client to understand their business problems in order to elicit and document their requirements;
  • You will investigate problems and analyse options to produce recommendations for new and existing services, by working with stakeholders to identify objectives, opportunities and potential benefits available;
  • You will collaborate with business operations teams and technical staff to gather and document business and functional requirements and to support the creation of detailed functional specifications;
  • You will develop, generate, and present reports to senior management and a wide range of stakeholders including operations and end-users;
  • You will design, model and implement new or updated system functionality and process improvements via Visio or other applicable process modelling tools.
