Join us as a Business Analyst based in Mississauga (ON), CA. This is a 1 year temporary role supporting a maternity leave.
Provide support to new business requirements related to new ERP Migration by setting up new processes and provide SAP support. Run/create various reports/KPI’s to support business needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain KPIs for Material Solutions and assist users with data extractions and manipulation in order to create price lists, reports and other Data used to help serve our customers.
- Provide support on various special projects to ensure proper setup of materials & Inventory, Sales orders and Purchase Orders, cost, invoices, etc. in SAP
- Working with key people within Bombardier in the development of Best Practices within SAP and ensure the all processes are documented in a format that is easy for the employees to use.
- Work with BT IS and external service partners for coordinating System Change Requests, Incident Tickets, ensuring that proposed/delivered solution fulfills the business needs/requirements. Run extensive testing for regression and UAT’s in Quality System and validate Production system.
REQUIRED PROFILE:
- College Diploma preferred
- 4 years of experience required
- SAP experience
ERP experience required
Strong Computer Skills including MS office
Office environment
- Traveling required
