BUSINESS ANALYST - AYLESBURY / BICESTER (HYBRID WORKING AVAILABLE)

Alexander & Co is a successful and fast growing estate agency operating in the Home Counties and we are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst. The role can be based in either Aylesbury or Bicester.

Position Purpose:

This is a role focussed on business reporting using existing data. The role supports the whole group, as well as working with the business to develop new and improved reporting going forward. Working in a small Finance team you will be responsible for analysing, extracting, cleansing and manipulating and presenting data.

The opportunity also exists to be actively involved in maintaining and developing workflow used to manage the day to day operational priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating ad hoc data extracts from multiple business systems using Excel & CRM software
  • Interpret business requirements and work with key stakeholders to deliver business critical reports
  • Deliver data for ad hoc business requests in a timely manner, extracting data from in-house databases
  • Data validation and integrity
  • Through production of MI, provide business insight and analysis
  • Calculation of monthly/quarterly employees commissions.
  • Manage and maintain existing reports and any associated issues
  • Assist in other data related activities, such as data migration and data cleansing
  • Maintain documentation of system configuration and reporting processes
  • Assisting in robust budgeting processes and creation

Ideally, the successful candidate will have:

  • 1+ years’ experience in a data analyst role
  • Proven experience in data visualisation and presenting complex data
  • Advanced Excel knowledge
  • Power BI (Preferred)
  • Proven experience of data manipulation, data analysis, data extracts, data presentation

Salary: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
