And now we want you to join our lifesaving team. We have an exciting opportunity for an ASPIRE Business Analyst to join us. The ASPIRE Business Analyst will support the delivery of the exciting ASPIRE project, aimed at improving communications and search/match processing between Anthony Nolan and the UK Transplant Community.

Title: ASPIRE Business Analyst

Salary: £50,000 per annum

Contract: 6 months fixed-term

Hours: 35 per week (standard Anthony Nolan working hours)

Location: Hybrid between home and head office in Hampstead, London

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join the ASPIRE Project Team at Anthony Nolan and support the delivery of the project. The role will assess the requirements across the project, working in conjunction with the business stakeholders and the technology team.

You will have experience in conceptual modelling and visualisation of innovative solutions. At least 5 years’ experience as a BA working in an Agile environment and you will have accreditation in at least one of the following: - Agile BA, Scaled Agile, Prince 2 Agile Practitioner.

You will have extensive knowledge and experience of developing business cases by working closely with the business and product owners to deliver scalable systems and processes to support and enable transformation of a digital organisation.

You will be business-orientated, eager to learn and empathetic and flexible towards working in an Agile environment, as well as being innovative and goal-orientated. You should have highly developed communication and collaboration skills, as you will interact with a wide range of stakeholders and third-party partners.
