At AXA UK, our commitment and investment to support business growth continues and we have an exciting opportunity for a Fraud Business Analyst to join us as part of our Retail transformation programme on a 9-month fixed term contract.
You'll support in investigating how AXA can develop a strategic front end fraud solution to close the gap on the competition, remain competitive and mitigate exposure to external fraud over the next 3 years. Noting we expect significantly greater exposure to fraud over the next 2-3 years with households under financial stress and seeking cheaper premiums. Opportunities exist to make improvements to front end controls (quote manipulation, device recognition, and renewal screening).

You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, either at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. What you'll be doing:
- Accurately and efficiently document business requirements and user stories.
- Take ownership and responsibility to see problems through to conclusion.
- Develop deep understanding of the business and actively contribute to the definition of the new proposition.
- Work with key stakeholders across the organisation to understand requirements, analyse the as is, define and support the deployment of the to be.
- Ensure programme progress, risks and issues are reported, documented, and escalated as required through appropriate governance channels.
- Actively support progress on at least the following workstreams: product & proposition; finance and back office operations; business readiness; strategy.
- Draft reports and presentations for both updates and sign-offs.
- Actively track activities through to completion.

What we're looking for:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent with CIMA Accounting desirable.
- Demonstrable experience of being a resilient self-starter able to handle problem management and resolution.
- Proven experience of working on large scale programmes within financial services.
- Experience with understanding and translating complex business requirements.
- Exceptional networking and senior stakeholder management skills. Comfortable in challenging senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and in an environment where priorities change constantly with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to adapt and reprioritise quickly to ensure that any emerging risks are appropriately managed.
- Maintains up to date understanding of industry best practices.
- Knowledge of Agile ways of working preferable.
