Our mission – We are on a mission to transform the car owning experience and we are removing the faff from buying and changing cars, giving customers more choice, flexibility, transparency, convenience, and peace of mind.

Location: We have offices in London, Manchester, Bedford and Hook. Most of our Product & Engineering teams are based in Manchester but we are actively expanding our presence outside of Manchester. We welcome applicants from across the UK who can work in a hybrid model. This hybrid working model will expect employees to spend a few days a month in the office alongside colleagues, while the others can work from home. You’ll typically have a base office, which is the one that is closest to you.

What you’ll be working on
- Working within one of our product tribes, you'll be part of a squad that transforms the traditional thinking of how a car is sold today and build tools that are easy to work with
- Collaborate with the Product Owner and Engineering team to identify and undertake areas of analysis needed to deliver upcoming items on the squad's roadmap
- Understand user needs and the 'why' behind the 'what' to help provide context to the whole squad so they can deliver the right thing
- Support the squad in ensuring delivery of the roadmap. This involves understanding of the domain, 3rd parties APIs, and internal systems
- Creating user stories, high level user journey, process flow and product documentation to help frame the problem
- Use analytics data and first-hand research to understand user behaviours and inform product and design improvements.
Thing’s we look for in you
- You have strong facilitation skills and are comfortable running workshops
- You have strong problem-solving skills breaking down complex scenarios into something meaningful for your team
- You've got a strong agile background; you may have come from more traditional environment, but you'll be fully bought into modern practices
- Your communication skills are great, and you thrive on building relationships with stakeholders and squad members
- A data driven mentality, you're comfortable validating assumptions with data and changing course were necessary.
- Passion above all else, you don't always have the answers, but you know how to get them.
- Experience of different business and system analysis techniques, including Service Design is beneficial but not crucial
