About the Opportunity
The role will be responsible for administrational requirements in support of the Leadership Team including day to day tasks for the HSE team. The role will include the photocopying and collation of safety statistic’s and filing of HSE Inspections. Ensuring efficient administration and delivery of our activities across the business. Able to handle multiple task’s daily using a creative approach.
- Direct/manage incoming calls to the relevant personnel and record accurate messages.
- Co-ordinating and communicating activities for the HSE department.
- Recording and tracking Inspection / Schedules / actions.
- Uploading and filing of Beyond Zero Inspection Reports.
- Updating notice board with communication from the Safety Team.
- Issuing/Managing of Contract Briefs to all the workforce.
- Prepare for HSE meetings / Minute taking /circulating of minutes .
- Ensure familiarity with OneAIM Health, Safety and Environmental policies and comply with employee responsibilities.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Discretion & trustworthiness.
- Strong organisational and logistical skills and experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills to provide an agile and flexible service.
- Ability to work across organisations.
- Ability to multi-task and work under own initiative.
- Able to work under short term pressure to resolve emerging issues in a timely and responsive manner.
- Be competent in using all Microsoft office applications.
