Marketing Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Marketing Administrator to join our dynamic marketing team. The Marketing Administrator will be responsible for creating engaging and effective content, leveraging AI technologies, designing graphics, and managing campaigns using HubSpot. This role requires strong content development experience, knowledge in AI technologies, and design skills to create visually appealing graphics for various marketing platforms such as LinkedIn blogs and emails.
Responsibilities:
Content Development: Develop compelling and relevant content for various marketing channels, including blogs, social media posts, emails, and website content.
LinkedIn Posts & Ad Creation/Management:
AI Technology Utilization: Leverage AI technologies to enhance content development and optimize marketing strategies.
Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics to support marketing campaigns, utilizing design skills and tools to produce eye-catching visuals for LinkedIn blogs, social media posts, and email campaigns.
Campaign Management: Build and manage marketing campaigns using HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms. This includes creating workflows, setting up email campaigns, tracking campaign performance, and making data-driven optimizations.
Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales teams, to align marketing efforts and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to content development, AI technologies, graphic design, and marketing automation
Website SEO: Optimize website content and structure for search engine optimization (SEO) to improve organic search visibility, keyword rankings, and website traffic.
Brand Building: Contribute to brand building efforts by ensuring consistent brand messaging, tone, and visuals across all marketing channels.
Networking Follow-up: Follow up with leads generated from networking events, conferences, and trade shows. Build relationships and nurture connections through personalized communication and targeted marketing efforts.
Newsletters - Monthly: Design and distribute monthly newsletters to the marketing list, featuring industry news, company updates, product highlights, and other relevant content. Monitor newsletter performance and optimize for engagement.
Blogs - 2/month: Optimize blog posts for SEO and promote them across various marketing channels.
Ongoing Marketing to Marketing List: Continuously engage the marketing list through targeted marketing campaigns, personalized content, and lead nurturing activities. Regularly update and segment the list to ensure effective marketing communication.
Requirements:
Proven track record of creating engaging and high-quality content for various marketing channels.
Familiarity with AI tools and techniques for content creation, data analysis, and personalization.
Solid experience in building and managing marketing campaigns using marketing automation platforms like HubSpot.
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and timelines.
Understanding of SEO best practices and techniques, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building strategies.
Strong writing skills to create compelling and engaging content for newsletters, blogs, and LinkedIn posts.
Excellent interpersonal skills to foster relationships with leads, partners, and industry professionals.
Experience in managing newsletter distribution platforms and blogging platforms, such as MailChimp and WordPress.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools, including email automation and lead nurturing workflows.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).

Increase engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares) on social media posts
Monitor and analyze the ROI of networking activities.
Measure the engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares) of blog posts, newsletters, marketing emails, and social media posts.
Working hours:
12 hrs/week
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to £35.00 per hour
