Business Administration Apprentice
Apprenticeship: Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship is a training program that prepares individuals for administrative roles in a business setting. It covers a range of job roles and provides essential skills and knowledge for instance, IT skills, reporting, finance, HR and other duties.
Responsibilities and Duties:
You will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and ensuring smooth business processes. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Performing routine data and order entry tasks, ensuring accurate and timely processing of information.
- Responding to customer calls and inquiries, providing professional and courteous assistance.
- Reviewing customer open order reports and making necessary changes using Excel.
- Assisting with filing duties to maintain organized and accessible records.
- Performing general office duties to support the administrative functions of the company.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Knowledge of Excel and experience with data/order entry preferred.
- General business experience with good math skills.
- Working knowledge of multiple Microsoft programs, including Word and Outlook.
- Proficient data entry computer skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to solve problems and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
Work Schedule:
- This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week.
