Requirements:
- Driving License - experience driving a van.
- Physically fit
- Experience in multi-drop preferred.
Job Description:
- Delivery and Collection: Safely operate a company van to deliver goods to restaurants within a designated area. Collect payments from customers accurately and efficiently.
- Loading and Unloading: Lift and load goods into the delivery vehicle, ensuring proper handling and securing of items. Safely unload goods at customer premises and place them in the appropriate location.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records by organizing and filing invoices, receipts, and other relevant paperwork. Ensure all necessary documentation is collected and returned to the depot promptly.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service during interactions with restaurant staff and customers. Address any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor. Ensure the van is clean, presentable, and properly maintained at all times.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety guidelines. Operate the van in a responsible and defensive manner, prioritizing the safety of yourself and others on the road.
Salary to be reviewed after probation.
Schedule:
- Monday to Wednesday.
- 0900am - 1700pm.
- Single and double man runs available.
Initial training and uniform will be provided.
