Shifts: 20:00pm to 04:00am 5/7 days, 40hr/week Full time
Bidvest Noonan are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Operative on behalf of our client based in Birmingham.
The Role:
- To maintain high standards of cleaning at the sites
- To follow site checklist
- To work flexibly to meet client and team needs
- To work as part of a team
- To work effectively and professionally within policies, procedures and client agreements
Key responsibilities of a Bus Cleaning Operative:
- To follow site checklists to ensure each site is cleaned to company / client expectations.
- To communicate any handover details with the site manager.
- Cleaning duties include wiping surfaces, cleaning glass, brushing / mopping floors.
Experience required for a Bus Cleaning Operative:
- Previous work experience as a cleaner.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Organisational and time-management skills.
- Honest & Trustworthy.
- To clean vehicles to comply with our clients' standards and ensure that all records are maintained correctly.
- Carry out daily sweep and cleans with deep interior cleans occasionally.
- To fully understand and comply with all company and statutory relating to hours of work, health & safety, and working practices, abide by all company working policies and procedures.
- As well as general cleaning, sweeping, mopping, graffiti removal. There is the distribution of newspapers onto the buses, cleaning up after broken windows, and wheel grinding.
